**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks in a dental office setting, ensuring efficient patient flow and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient records

- Verify insurance information and process payments following HIPAA guidelines

- Assist with medical scheduling and maintain a tidy reception area

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient service

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role is preferred

- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Ability to operate phone systems effectively

- Experience as an ER or medical receptionist is beneficial

- Front desk experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
